Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a powerful stress reduction technique that utilizes the body’s energy meridian points to optimize energy flow, calm the nervous system and optimize healing. It involves a simple, quick pattern of tapping on acupressure points while talking out loud about a particular issue to neutralize any emotional charge behind it.
