Are you finding it more challenging to stick to an exercise routine lately? You're definitely not alone!
Maybe miss the gym dearly, or you're like me and you've never been a gym person. I've had an at-home yoga and pilates practice for nearly a decade now, so if anything, staying home has enhanced that for me - which is why I love helping my clients learn how to stay active in the strange world of 2020. All you need is a mat, maybe some light weights (or water/wine bottles), and the internet. Walking is great! In addition many of us need some form for flexibility and strength training to stay strong and healthy.

There are videos out there for all levels. I love:

HIIT
Note - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is not right for everyone! Especially if you're chronically tired / suspect any adrenal issues. Consult with your practitioner if you're not sure whether it's right for you.
Remember: everyone's physical activity needs are unique and they change over time. Start slow (especially if you've been less active lately), listen to your body and consider working with an experienced health coach / practitioner to help you identify what works best for you - and keep you accountable 👏🏻😉
If you’re struggling to stay consistent with your workouts, consider scheduling a free discovery call with me to discuss how I can help you get into better shape and stay fit long-term — learn more.
